Rachel has worked in user experience design, research and usability for over 10 years. She has designed learning, communications and marketing solutions for a variety of organisations including JWT, Channel 4, e-skills UK, Skillset, the Royal Institution, Bacardi Brand Foreman and the BBC – and won several awards.

Rachel has carried out usability and customer research studies for clients such as Nokia, Bacardi, Channel 4, Virgin and many BBC departments.
