Award-winning Flirtomatic was initially looking to increase the registration success rate for its fun and, potentially, highly addictive service.
Rapid improvement
Following the usability testing, we suggested a number of design and functionality changes which were quickly implemented. Within a week, registration had increased five-fold.

Since then we have conducted a number of rounds of testing to help the team understand how they retain and covert customers.

By revealing key customer goals - simplicity, fun and flexibility - Flirtomatic gained a deeper understanding of what their customers wanted and how best to deliver it.
Implementing a range of improvements, such as a speedier registration service and the ability to see others who are online at a glance, has helped the service go from strength to strength.
