Dave is a pioneer of customer experience in the UK, and is passionate about inspiring organisations and businesses to achieve success by placing their customers at the centre of everything they do.
He was previously Launch Editor of bbc.co.uk, and Head of User Experience at Razorfish, leading the UX teams across nine European offices. Dave is an active member of the UPA, MRS and AQR.
