Velvet has over a decade of project leadership and customer-centred design experience gained at places such as the BBC and Razorfish.

Velvet has worked with global brands including Nokia, Yahoo!, FT, RAC, Virgin, BBC, NatWest and ABN Amro to help them define their business and customer strategies. Velvet drew on her many years experience teaching user centred design to pioneer Learner Centred Design at the BBC.
